I loved my stay! The guest lounge has all the comforts of home with a cozy atmosphere Waking up to the scenic views of Harder Kulm from my balcony was an lovely experience, and the breakfast buffet offered everything from fresh pastries to comforting scrambled eggs every morning.

arriving at this so-called 'deluxe' hotel was certainly a letdown, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable beds. I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, it never came. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of hot breakfast and flimsy wall insulation ruined it! pitiful experience overall, what a shame.

However, the bathroom was quite small and cramped, which could be uncomfortable. The walls were very thin, making it tough to have privacy during the stay. While staff at the front desk were generally kind and helpful, one or two seemed a bit distant. Overall, a solid choice for its location and amenities, but could use some soundproofing and room improvements.

This place was just a fitting option for a city trip in Interlaken with good price value. The room was cozy, clean, and exactly what I needed for my stay. Check the walking directions to nearby restaurants. it's super close, and exploring by foot is enjoyable.

The property boasts stunning views, and my grandkids loved the nearby park where they could run and play. Interlaken West is just a short walk away, making it easy for the family to explore local sights. We felt welcomed despite a few hiccups.
